Advanced Sewing Machine Lessons

Interested in learning the basics of an industrial sewing machine or Serger? Upgrade your skills and level up your sewing practice! Choose one of the machines you'd like to learn on and our instructors will provide you with a one-on-one lesson! These will be scheduled during our open studio hours. This is a class to learn how to use the machine, we will not be working on a project during this lesson. 

*Note: This class is for an hour lesson on one of the machines listed. If you'd like to learn more than one machine, you'll need to book another lesson. 

• Brother Serger 1034D - basic tabletop home overlock machine 4-thread 
• Industrial Juki with or without computer 
• Industrial Serger - 3 thread

• Pick the machine you'd like to use
• We break down and explain all the parts and functions of the machine. 
• Learn to thread the machine
• Wind a bobbin
• Knee and foot lifts
• Sew seams on the machine
• When to show up?
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to class.
